Return to Frying Pan Park
We returned to Frying Pan Park to work on the "Listening to the Past"
Try-It. Employees of the park told us how life was way back when.
We played games in the school house on the property, and learned
what school was like in the 1920's. We also visited the church
(also in the park) that was built in the mid-1700's. The church was
in use until just a few years ago.
We went on a hunt in the graveyard for the oldest stone, the person
who lived the longest, the person who was born the earliest,
and couples buried together.
We went for pizza on the way home!
